Renu Electronics is an Indian electronics company headquartered in Baner, Pune, with its factory at Ghotawade (Mulshi, Pune), a competence centre in Filderstadt, Germany and an office in Batavia, Illinois, USA. Operating since 1991, it designs and manufactures its own industrial automation hardware — FlexiPanels HMIs (including HMIs with built-in control and I/O), FlexiLogics PLCs, web and Android panels, field I/O, gateways, and more recently VFDs and servo drives — alongside electronics manufacturing services and automotive instrument clusters.

Its products are designed to IEC standards for immunity, emissions and environment and carry CE marking (EMC and Low Voltage Directives) and RoHS compliance, with UL Class I Div 2, IP66 and NEMA 4 ratings on selected models.
